BY MAKING A BOOKING, YOU AGREE TO OUR STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AS SET OUT HERE.
1.1 The name ‘SMART MOBILE CAR WASH & AUTO DETAILING, and it’s logo, are trademarks and must not be copied, modified or republished in any way without written permission from SMART MOBILE CAR WASH management.
1.3 Any links to Third Party websites are provided for information only. We do not review, endorse guarantee information contained within them.
1.4 If you would like to link to this website, you may do so providing you do not represent any false information, or misrepresent your relationship with SMART MOBILE CAR WASH & AUTO DETAILING.
2.1 Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer or imply any sort of guarantee or warranty. We are happy to offer advice on how to care for your vehicle following a detail, but cannot be held responsible for your actions, or any subsequent damage caused to the finish, directly or indirectly by yourself (eg. taking your vehicle through a car wash).
2.2 Where a guarantee is offered by a product manufacturer, we confirm that we will apply that product in accordance with the manufacturers training and instructions. Any terms and conditions applicable to the guarantee will be made clear to you at the time of booking and/or completion, and the process through which any claim would be made.
3.1 SMART MOBILE CAR WASH will take care and reasonable precaution to safeguard your vehicle from damage or theft.
3.2 Vehicles left with SMART MOBILE CAR WASH will not be driven, other than to be moved around to a better washing position, unless expressly agreed with you. Whilst in our care, the vehicle will be fully comprehensively insured against damage, underwritten by Covea.
3.8 SMART MOBILE CAR WASH will not be held responsible for faults that develop on the car, whilst in our care, that are unrelated to any work we have done.
3.9 SMART MOBILE CAR WASH will not be held responsible if work cannot be completed due to previous repair work, undisclosed information, or factors that could not be reasonably foreseen or prevented. SMART MOBILE CAR WASH will not be held responsible for any subsequent loss caused by work not completed within the originally agreed timescale, nor will you be liable for compensation.
BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
4.1 At the time of buying a service, a payment equivalent with the price of the service is required. This can be made by PayPal, credit/debit card if bought over the phone or online.
4.2 You may amend the date, or cancel your booking/service, and receive a full refund, up to 4 days before the date of the booking. This date will be stated on the invoice supplied for your deposit. After this date, no refund will be offered, and the deposit cannot be transferred to another date. To make a new booking/purchase, a new deposit will be required.
4.3 Payment of the balance due will be required on the day of completing the work if you chose not to pay online. There are no exceptions to this. Payment can be made by credit/debit card (except for the situations when the terminal supplied by the provider is not present or malfunctions), cash, or by bank transfer in advance (cleared funds must reach our account before your vehicle will be released).
4.4 Where work is being carried out to correct a problem caused by a Third Party, SMART MOBILE CAR WASH respectfully require that you make full payment upon completion of the work, and it is your responsibility to reclaim your costs from the Third Party.
4.4 SMART MOBILE CAR WASH has the right to hold the car key as bond until full payment for the services provided is made.
SAFE PLACE, NOT BEING ON THE PROPERTY & LEAVING BEFORE JOB COMPLETION POLICY
4.5 If the key is felt in a safe place by you or by our technicians the company SMART MOBILE CAR WASH cannot be held responsible for it despairing or being damaged.
4.6 If you choose not to be home during, before or after the services are provided, SMART MOBILE CAR WASH technicians cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs outside the detailer's working area.
4.7 Payment must be made before job completion if you need to leave the property.
4.8 Leaving the property means you may not be able to lock the gate after the SMART MOBILE CAR WASH technician left the premises. SMART MOBILE CAR WASH takes no responsibility for the property.
4.9 The payment for the subscription services are made every 1st of the month.
5.0 The cost of the subscription will be taken automatically from the payment method used to register.
5.1 Missing the payment will automatically cancel any service that is due on the 1st of each month.
5.2 Missing the payment will not attract a penalty charge.
5.3 Missing the payment will automatically cancel the subscription.
5.4 Changing the date when the service should be provided is done only with the consent of the SMART MOBILE CAR WASH technician.
5.5 The vehicle the subscription service is provided cannot be change unless the SMART MOBILE CAR WASH advise otherwise.
5.6 If the vehicle is not available on the time specified when signing up for the subscription is not present, the service may be incomplete and no refund issued.
5.7. Not being able to supply the subscription vehicle on the date and time of the service due date does not imply any discounts nor rescheduling the service.
5.8 Any free services you are entitled to for taking out a subscriptions with SMART MOBILE CAR WASH will be applied to the vehicle you registered for the subscription services.

5.9 Any queries and or complaints must be signaled whilst the SMART MOBILE CAR WASH technician is on site.
